Scleroderma is a rare autoimmune disease characterised by the hardening and fibrosis of the skin and sometimes of the internal organs. It may be limited to the skin or become systemic and affect the lungs, heart and kidneys.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
